These natural fibres will help you and the environment at the same time!

Each pack includes 2 heat/cold packs (210mm x 120mm).

Instructions:

Heat - 1 minute in the microwave. Check and flip, then heat for another 30 seconds.

Cold - Put in freezer until cold (best left in overnight).
